The dual-layer optical protection system combines high-transmittance PC lens and tempered glass cover. PC lens provides 94% transmittance and precise beam control, while the outer tempered glass effectively protects against UV radiation, chemical corrosion, and physical impact (IK08). This dual protection ensures optical clarity for 50,000+ hours, prevents lens yellowing, and guarantees consistent lumen output throughout the fixture's lifetime.

Flexible Driver Mounting

FL19 supports three driver mounting modes for maximum retrofit flexibility: 1) Back-mounted (integrated, compact), 2) Bracket-integrated (balanced weight distribution), and 3) Pole-separate (for weight-restricted poles or centralized power management). This decoupled driver design is compatible with existing pole infrastructure, reduces installation costs, and allows future maintenance without affecting optical components. Compatible with Inventronics, Moso, Sosen, and Powerland drivers.
